Online Learning Help Desk
The purpose of the online learning help desk is to provide students and prospective students general information about online programs, courses, or professional development modules. Google Chat will put you in contact with a live staff member who will answer your program or basic technology questions. You can also send an email (email@example.com) at any time and the staff will respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday and 48 hours on the weekend. You can access the live chat by clicking “Got Questions” , or you can fill out this form for help via email.
